REMOVE AND REPLACE STARTER AS PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. AFTER TECH REPLACED STARTER WHEN TURNING KEY TECH NOTICED CLICK ONLY. TECH THEN PUT 21 MM SOCKET ON CRANK SHAFT WITH PRY BAR AND ENGINE WAS FROZEN SOLID. NEEDS A NEW OR USED ENGINE.
